Privacy policy

This policy explains the data Hundle uses, the purposes and your rights.

In short: Hundle does not sell personal data. Profile information provides the service and suggests compatibility. You can request access, correction, portability or deletion.

1. Controller

The controller is N4M DIGITAL, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. Privacy contact: privacy@hundle.fr. This contact does not imply that a formal data protection officer has been appointed.

2. Data processed

  • account, email, Apple or Google identifiers, sessions and devices;
  • birth date, gender, city, biography, occupation, languages, intentions, personality, values and lifestyle;
  • mutual preferences, requested genders, distance and declared incompatibilities;
  • latitude and longitude with permission;
  • profile presentations, meeting invitations, dates, places, shared codes, blocks and reports;
  • store products, credits and RevenueCat transaction status;
  • IP address, logs, app version, Expo push token and error reports where Sentry is enabled.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Contract performance supports account creation, profiles, compatibility and meetings. Consent supports location, selected notifications and sensitive data where Article 9 GDPR applies. Legitimate interests support security, fraud prevention and moderation. Legal obligations support accounting and lawful requests.

4. Providers and transfers

Authorised N4M DIGITAL staff and relevant providers may receive data: Hostinger, OVHcloud, Expo, Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Sentry where enabled. Where data leaves the EEA, an adequacy decision or recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used as applicable.

5. Retention

  • account and profile: active service plus 30-day deletion grace period;
  • one-time codes: a few minutes;
  • sessions and refresh tokens: up to 30 days unless revoked;
  • reports: a period proportionate to handling and legal defence;
  • minimum accounting records: up to 10 years where required.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent through privacy@hundle.fr. You may complain to the CNIL. Account deletion is described at delete my account.

7. Minors and website

Hundle is strictly for adults. Accounts identified as belonging to minors may be suspended and removed. hundle.fr currently uses no advertising or optional analytics cookies.
